You are able to choose whether or not to keep maintenance in your own hand. A maintenance contract is available that provides only telephone support or the delivery of updates and upgrades. These contracts can be extended with the supply of spare parts, PC hardware, guaranteed response times and support at site. Datawatt is also able to offer 24 hour service contracts.
